Proteomics Technology

Selected/Multiple Reaction monitoring (SRM/MRM)

SRM/MRM using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry is becoming a broadly acceptable approach for protein quantification without the use of antibodies. Large-scale protein quantification using multiple SRMs is now termed “targeted proteomics", and robustness of this approach for the accurate quantitative profiling of proteome dynamics has been established

Wheat Germ Cell-Free System (WG-CFS)

The WG-CFS is an in vitro translation system that allows the efficient 13C/15N incorporation into synthesized proteins (Incorporation efficiency >99%). WG-CFS has a significant advantage over cell-based systems for high-throughput protein synthesis because it can synthesize different proteins simultaneously using an automated protein synthesizer.
